How do I return an item?

At Sibu Beauty we offer our customers a money-back guarantee on all unopened products. We also will refund the purchase price (minus shipping & handling) on up to two bottles/packages of opened product. Please use our products for a minimum of a one month in order to achieve full efficacy. As with most skin care products, your skin might get worse before it gets better. If you are not totally satisfied after one month of using the product, you may return the empty bottles/packages and the sealed, unused bottles/packages for a refund (less shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee).

Only two bottles/packages of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory sealed container to be eligible for refund.

Because we ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed.

You have 90 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We cannot process returns past 90 days.

All returns are charged a restocking fee. This fee is 15% of the total product purchase price.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.

To process your return, please do the following:

  1. Call Customer Service at 800-710-SIBU in the U.S.A. or Canada to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping returned products.
  2. Your RMA number expires in 14 days. If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  3. In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the empty bottles/packages and any unused, unopened bottles/packages in their factory-sealed containers, along with the return form below. To download the RMA form, click on the link below. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  4. We strongly recommend returning packages via certified mail with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are lost.
